How to Use
BODY GUA SHA
Apply Slip Agent: Apply a generous amount of SLICK SKIN serum or your favorite body massage oil to the skin to avoid any irritation or pulling.
Directional Movement: Scrape in one direction, always moving towards your heart. For example, scrape from your wrist to your inner elbow or from your ankles to behind your knee, aiming for the lymph nodes in your body.
Post-Use Care: After use, cleanse the Body Gua Sha tool with mild soap and warm water. Store it in the included bag or on the SACHEU Tools Holder.
Note: It is normal for redness to appear, as that is a result of the gua sha circulating the blood. Sacheu advises not to use the body gua sha over swelling or recent trauma like sunburns and lesions. Be careful if you have bleeding disorders or are taking anticoagulant medication.
FACE GUA SHA
Apply Slip Agent: Apply a slip agent to the skin to avoid any irritation or pulling (we recommend using SLICK SKIN or your favorite facial oil!).
Directional Movement: In a scraping motion, start from the center of your face and move outwards. Use the small divot on the nose bridge, between the brows, and along the jawline; use the larger edges on cheeks and forehead.
When Finished: Cleanse the tool with mild soap and warm water, and store it in the included bag or on the SACHEU Tools Stand.
